RIYADH – Imam Muhammad Bin Saud Islamic University will hold a special series of lectures on the achievements and contributions of King Abdullah when the university reopens after the spring break.
The university’s faculties and branches across the Kingdom and abroad will organize lectures featuring the King’s remarkable contributions in the local, regional and global arenas, the Saudi Press Agency reported on Sunday quoting Fouzan Al-Fouzan, acting president of the university.
Al-Fouzan said the lectures will focus on King Abdullah’s outstanding contributions to developing human resources in the Kingdom especially through higher education programs.
“The lectures will also highlight the late King’s relentless efforts to disseminate Islam’s moderation and tolerance and the culture of dialogue,” he added.
